US Bank Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management division has nominated an executive director to consolidate its Middle East team. Samer Al-Saifi will be based in Dubai. He will report to Ausaf Abbas and Stephane Brown and work together with Kheiry Amr and Nadim Shabsogh.
