Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing has rehired Olivier de Poulpiquet as its European head to succeed Marco Polenta. De Poulpiquet, who will report to global head Jay Mantz, is leaving Pirelli Real Estate, the Italian property company, which he joined after leaving Morgan Stanley seven years ago.
