Steve Crowell has joined real estate private equity firm Alvarez & Marsal Capital Real Estate (A&M CapRE) as a senior director. Atlanta-based Crowell brings more than 25 years of experience operating and raising capital for community banks throughout the Southeast as well as handling commercial credit underwriting, real estate lending and turnaround management strategies for banks, real estate companies and operating companies. He has successfully led bank turnarounds and has experience managing the regulatory agreement process. Mr. Crowell offers specialized expertise in loan participations and loan syndications as well as loan loss reserve analysis and bank regulatory issues.
