Asset management and capital markets firm, NewOak Capital, has nominated Mark Ruh as managing director and senior portfolio manager of financial services investments. He will report to the financial services investment committee co-headed by NewOak CEO, Ron D’Vari, and senior executive advisor, Donald Layton.
