An architectural icon that is also a leading landmark energy-efficient building, capable of capturing the aspirations of a nation… Corporate Village Malta was awarded best project for the creation of future cities built on sustainability and urban integration, beating off competition from Moscow’s $4 billion Metropoliya Business District and the Varyap Meridian in Istanbul.
The project was launched by the Government of Malta not only locally, but also internationally at the EIRE expo in Milan, where it was presented to real estate communities from around the world who meet at this major event to discuss the investment, collaboration and partnership opportunities in their respective countries.
Through Malta Enterprise, its agency for the promotion of foreign investment and business development, the Government called prospective investors to express their interest for the construction, business development and management of Corporate Village Malta.
Carrying an investment that is estimated to range between €150 and €200 million, this unique urban regeneration project seeks to respond not only to Government’s strategic vision, but also to the window of opportunity that arises from the demand for high quality office and commercial space in Malta – which is expected to grow even more as the country develops further and expands its services sector.
