Manulife's $1.75 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Manulife Financial Corporation, a leading international financial services group, completed a public offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.150% senior notes due 2026 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.375% senior notes due 2046. Paul, Weiss represented the underwriters on the transaction, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
