Aquiline Capital Partners and BI-SAM Acquire FinAnalyticaWillkie clients Aquiline Capital Partners LLC and portfolio company BI-SAM Inc. closed on the acquisition of FinAnalytica, Inc., a leading developer and provider of risk management software and portfolio construction solutions.
Aquiline is a private equity firm based in New York investing in middle-market businesses across the financial services sector in banking and credit, insurance, investment management and markets, and financial technology. The company, led by Jeffrey Wayne Greenberg, Geoffrey O. Kalish, Ezra S. Berger CPA, Frederick E. Wolfert and Steven F. Kluger, is based in New York.
BI-SAM Technologies S.A. provides digital solutions for performance, attribution, market risk, portfolio construction, GIPS composites management, and reporting services for the asset management industry. The company, led by William Haney, Christophe Volard, Xavier Chaude, Boryana Racheva-Iotova and Sébastien Vannerot, is based in Paris.
