Houthoff Buruma advised Stichting Pensioenfonds Campina, a Dutch pension fund with assets under management of approximately â‚¬ 1.4 billion, on the renewal of its contractual relationship with Goldman Sachs Asset Management International.
The work included the preparation of, and negotiations about, a complex Dutch law fiduciary management agreement based on the pension fund's own â€˜templateâ€™.
