Xcel Energy's $750 Million Senior Notes Offering

Hunton & Williams LLP advised the underwriters on an SEC-registered offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 2.40% Senior Notes, Series due March 15, 2021 and $350 million aggregate principal amount 3.30% Senior Notes, Series due June 1, 2025.


Barclays, BNP PARIBAS, Morgan Stanley, MUFG and Wells Fargo Securities acted as Joint Book-Running Managers. Xcel Energy Inc. (the Company) is a major U.S. electricity and natural gas company, with operations in 8 Western and Midwestern states. The Company provides a comprehensive portfolio of energy-related products and services to 3.5 million electricity customers and 2.0 million natural gas customers through its regulated operating companies.
