ABN Amro Participaties acquires Dutch Power Company (DPC) for €35 million.


DPC is the parent company of the companies Conver, Herder, Precision Makers, Roberine and Votex. The companies specialize in roadside, green and ditch maintenance in combination with devices operated autonomously by means of GPS trackers. Stek has advised Rabobank in the financing of the buy out in Dutch Power Company (DPC) by private equity firm ABN Amro Participaties with a Finance team led by counsel Sharon Kaufmann (picture), assisted by associate Guy Pegels.
