Textron Inc. $350 Million Notes OfferingDavis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Textron Inc. of $350 million aggregate principal amount of its 4% notes due 2026.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as representative of the underwriters.
Headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, Textron is a multi-industry company that leverages its global network of aircraft, defense, industrial and finance businesses to provide customers with innovative products and services around the world. Textron conducts its business through five operating segments: Textron Aviation, Bell, Textron Systems and Industrial, which represent its manufacturing businesses, and Finance, which represents its finance business.
