Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Bremer Kreditbank Aktiengesellschaft on financing the acquisition of minority interests in Altendorf group by the majority shareholders.


Bremer Kreditbank AG provides various banking products and services for small to medium sized corporate and private customers in Germany. The bank led by Axel Bartsch, Marko Richling, Gerd Sewerin, Thomas Kempe and Pieter W. Ruhaak, is based in Bremen. Altendorf group is a manufacturer of panel saws, headquartered in Minden, Westphalia. The company employs some 300 people.
