The Walt Disney Company secures $3.75 Billion Revolving Credit Facilities

Cravath represented the co‑administrative agents, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and Citibank, N.A., in connection with the arrangement of a $2.25 billion five‑year revolving credit facility and a $1.5 billion 364‑day revolving credit facility made available to The Walt Disney Company.
