The Walt Disney Company secures $3.75 Billion Revolving Credit Facilities

Cravath represented the co‑administrative agents, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and Citibank, N.A., in connection with the arrangement of a $2.25 billion five‑year revolving credit facility and a $1.5 billion 364‑day revolving credit facility made available to The Walt Disney Company.


The Walt Disney Company operates as an entertainment company worldwide. The company, led by Robert A. Iger, Christine M. McCarthy, Thomas O. Staggs, Alan N. Braverman and Kevin A. Mayer, is based in Burbank (CA). The Cravath team included partner James D. Cooper (Picture) and associate Jessie Chiang on banking matters and associate Dmitry Zelik on tax matters.
