Quantum Capital LLC v. Banco De Los Trabajadores et al.

Holland & Knight won a $3.25 million jury verdict on behalf of client and plaintiff Quantum Capital against Banco de los Trabajadores de Guatemala (BANTRAB) on April 8 in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Quantum Capital is an independent SEC registered investment advisor founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1996. The case was handled and tried by Holland & Knight partners Alex Gonzalez (Picture) and Israel Encinosa, and associate Michael Rothenberg. They were assisted by paralegal Delia Hayes.
