26 04 2016York Capital Management acquires Seven Buildings in Rome
Shearman & Sterling advised York Capital Management Europe Advisors on the first phase of its acquisition of a portfolio of seven buildings in Rome from Milano 90, a subsidiary of the Scarpellini Group.
The acquisition - made by York Capital Management as an investor in an Italian speculative closed-end real estate investment fund managed by Idea Fimit SGR - takes place in the context of the complex financial restructuring of the Scarpellini Group.
