DCC acquires the main part of Shell’s downstream activities in Denmark

DCC, one of Europe’s leading energy groups, has acquired for KKR300 million (approx. €40 million) the Danish commercial, aviation and retail fuels business previously owned by Shell.


With the acquisition, DCC enhances its massive presence in the Danish energy market and becomes one of Denmark’s leading suppliers to private households, the business market, airports and the marine industry.
