Thoma Bravo, LLC acquires Infogix, Inc. for $1 Billion

Goodwin Procter advised Thoma Bravo, LLC in its completed acquisition of Infogix, Inc. from an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital.


The transaction was the first investment out of Thoma Bravo’s new “Discover Fund,” which upon its final closing will have roughly $1 billion in limited partner commitments and a mandate to invest in middle market software companies like Infogix.
